Tell us about yourself…

I’m 20 years old and I’m currently studying with two years left of my degree.

I absolutely love going to the races and flash dinners so having lots of dresses comes in handy when needing an outfit.

Why did you decide to become a lender on The Volte?

Three years ago, when I was in grade 12, I had my school formal. After posting the pics of the dress I wore, I had so many messages from girls wanting to know where my dress was from and if they could hire it for their formal. I honestly didn’t know dress hire was a thing at the time and just went from there.

I saw dress hire was coming to light, and I started listing more of my dresses. The Volte was the first platform I came across to list my dresses and the collection just kept on growing from there.

What’s the most popular item in your Volte wardrobe?

There’s not one dress in particular that’s the most popular but there are definitely a few dresses that are booked back to back. They are:

What’s your favourite borrower story so far?

I have a fair few borrower stories but definitely my favourites are when I can save the day at a school formal. I’ve had a few girls have major dress malfunctions on the day of their formal!

Some girls have come crying that they had nothing to wear, and luckily, dress hire is available, especially locally. Thankfully, I had dresses that they loved and could wear. It really is worth it once you see the joy on some people’s faces after finding the perfect dress.
